NOTE FROM THE EDITOR-IN-CHIEF
On behalf of the Board of the Nigerian Journal of Educational Leadership and Management (NJELM), Faculty of Education, Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Agabni, Enugu State and the co-editors, it is a pleasure to present Volume 10, Issue 1 of the journal. This publication marks another milestone in advancing scholarship in the field of educational leadership and management.
The papers published in this journal address a broad range of contemporary issues in education, covering both theoretical and practical concerns central to effective management and leadership in educational landscape. Each article underwent a rigorous peer-review process conducted by experienced assessors in the discipline, ensuring high academic quality and relevance.
Sincere gratitude is extended to the Vice-Chancellor, Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) for unwavering support toward the growth of this journal, as well as to the Dean, Faculty of Education, for consistent encouragement and contribution. Acknowledgment is also due to all contributing authors, reviewers, and academic colleagues for their dedication in ensuring the successful production of this issue. It is important to note that the views expressed in the articles published in this journal are solely those of the respective authors and do not represent the official position of the Department of Educational Management or the Editorial Board. Beginning with this issue, the Nigerian Journal of Educational Leadership and Management (NJELM) will now be published twice yearly, thereby creating more opportunities for scholars and practitioners to disseminate research and share innovative ideas in the field.
